MINNEAPOLIS, July 9, 2026 — The Zones of Regulation has expanded its on-demand professional learning offerings with two new specialized trainings designed to address common questions and challenges educators, therapists, and other professionals encounter when adapting Zones instruction to meet their learners’ needs.
Developed in response to user feedback, Early and Emergent Zones: Adaptive Strategies and Co-Regulation Supports provides guidance for using The Zones with early childhood learners ages 4–7 and neurodivergent learners with higher support needs. The training explores supportive adult mindsets, co-regulation strategies, and practical approaches for both school and clinical settings.
Multi-Year Zones Instruction: Implementing The Zones Year-Over-Year addresses another common implementation need: how to build upon Zones instruction as learners grow. The training provides guidance for spiraling and extending concepts over time, differentiating across developmental phases, and creating continuity across classrooms, grade levels, and programs.
Each specialized training is 1 hour and 15 minutes and available for $58, providing an accessible way for current Zones users to deepen their knowledge in the areas most relevant to their learners and settings.
Both trainings are available through The Zones Shop and can be purchased on demand and accessed through The Zones digital platform.
