• Conduct live online instruction using Zones concepts, visuals, and strategies via platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, provided it is limited to your direct students, clients, or staff.
• Share PDFs or digital handouts directly with students or clients under your care, using secure channels, with no public redistribution.
• Create interactive lessons or slideshows that include Zones materials for internal use only.

Prohibited Digital Uses (Without Written Permission):

• Posting or distributing any Zones materials (visuals, worksheets, videos, etc.) on public websites, social media, blogs, or YouTube.
• Uploading materials to public repositories such as Teachers Pay Teachers, Pinterest, SeeSaw,YouTube or other free or for pay download sites.
• Sharing materials beyond your organization (e.g., giving resources to other districts, agencies, or professionals not under your license).
• Modifying or rebranding Zones materials, visuals, or concepts to create derivative works for digital or for-profit distribution.

Important Notes:

• Fair Use does not apply to entire lessons, images, or frameworks. Even educational use must adhere to licensing guidelines.
• Use of the name “The Zones of Regulation” or Zones’ graphics in digital or physical products or apps is not permitted without a licensing agreement.
