When I first created The Zones of Regulation framework, my goal was simple yet profound: to give learners a common language and system to access their tools to help them understand and manage their feelings, energy, and states of alertness. Over the years, I’ve been inspired by the many ways educators, therapists, and caregivers have brought The Zones to life in their practices and homes around the world.
Now, I’m thrilled to share the next step in that journey: The Zones of Regulation Station Kit, developed in partnership with S&S Worldwide.
Partnership with Purpose
